Check-in and check-out
Check-in is after 3:00 PM on your arrival date. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM on your departure date. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged with the front desk in advance.
Guarantee
A credit card is required to guarantee every booking. Unless noted otherwise, or for prepaid advance bookings, the card is authorized only within 7 days of arrival. At check-in we ask for a valid ID and credit card. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation
Standard reservations are fully refundable if cancelled by 3:00 PM, 7 days before arrival, unless your confirmation states otherwise.
Early departure
Prepaid reservations are charged for the full stay.
Pets and service animals
We are not a pet-friendly property. Service animals are always welcome. Letting us know when you book or check in helps us prepare, but it is not required.
Emotional support animals are not service animals. Guests who bring an animal that is not a service animal are subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00. Under California Penal Code 365.7, fraudulently claiming an animal as a service animal can carry jail time, a fine of up to $1,000.00, or both.
Smoking
The inn is non-smoking. Guests may smoke outdoors at least 20 feet from the building.
Parking
Parking at the inn is first come, first served. The lot does not fit every car, so some guests park on the street nearby. More about parking.
